Building Agents. Building Legacy

Real estate has the power to change lives. Not just for the families we help buy and sell homes… but for the agents building a career in this industry.

For me, this mission is personal.

There was a season in my life when I was a single parent, trying to figure out how to provide stability, opportunity, and a better future for my kids. I remember thinking about breaking generational cycles — the financial stress, the uncertainty, the feeling of always trying to catch up.

Real estate became more than a job.

It became a path to build something bigger.

Over the past 20 years in this industry, I’ve learned that the most rewarding part of real estate is not just the closings. It’s building people. Helping agents step into confidence. Watching someone grow from uncertain to unstoppable. Seeing families change their financial future because someone believed in them.

If You’re a Single Parent

I see you.

You’re balancing school events, work schedules, late nights, early mornings, and trying to make sure your kids have every opportunity possible.

Real estate can create flexibility and income that many careers simply cannot offer. It takes work, discipline, and commitment, but it can also create time freedom and financial growth that changes everything for your family.

If You Want to Break the Generational Cycle

Many of us didn’t grow up with conversations about investing, wealth building, or ownership.

Real estate opens doors to those conversations.

It teaches you how to build income, invest in property, and create long-term stability for your family.

When one person in a family learns how to build wealth, the impact can ripple for generations.

If You’re a Seasoned Agent

Maybe you’ve been in the business for years and you’re feeling stuck.

Maybe the market changed.

Maybe your brokerage no longer feels aligned with where you want to go.

Sometimes the next level requires a new environment, new systems, and new energy.

You don’t have to carry the weight of this business alone.

If You’re Just Getting Started

Everyone starts somewhere.

The agents who succeed are not always the most experienced — they are the ones willing to learn, stay consistent, and surround themselves with the right people.

If you’re wondering where to start, the truth is simple:

You just started by reading this.

My Mission

Today I lead a growing group of agents with eXp Realty, and what we are building is bigger than transactions.

We are building:

  • Systems that help agents succeed

  • Marketing that generates real opportunities

  • A culture that lifts people up

  • A pathway to ownership and long-term wealth

Most importantly, we are building people who go on to build their own legacy.

Let’s Talk

If you’re:

• A single parent trying to create a better future

• An agent ready for the next level

• Someone curious about real estate but unsure where to start

Let’s have a conversation.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.
